Fun with local MicroBreweries

Hey all. This is a little note about a great microbrewery business located in Houston. They are the ONLY microbrewery here, Saint Arnold, The Parton Saint of Beers. Not only do they have delicious beer, but they are very customer concerned. Below is an email I shared with the HMFIC (Head Mother F&%cker In Charge). And when you come to Houston, please make sure I allow you to partake in the flavoricious beer from their house. Below is my email conversation. I think it is funny that he takes a personal moment for his customers.

Here is thier website... (and when I can get html function working I will make it a link) http://www.saintarnold.com

Below is an email I had, and I thought it was funny. Especially the response.

From Me...

Hey Gang.

Drinking the Christmas Ale, but wondering what you put in it that makes me drunker than an 18 year old prom queen?

You might as well call it Christmas Date Rape, but that probably wouldn't market well.

Rob

Here is the response....

Rob:

Thanks for the nice note. The mysterious substance in the Christmas Ale that is affecting you is C2H5OH. It is a byproduct of the anaerobic metabolic cycle of a single cell organism. Some call it ethyl alcohol. It is present in the Christmas Ale at a rate of about 8%. This is considerably higher than your run-of-the-mill beers. This is why you experienced the so-called prom queen effect.

Hope this explains it!

Thanks for your support!

Cheers!

Brock

Bahahahahaha! And his name is Brock! That also strikes me as funny. Not sure why, but it does!

Ironically, a co-worker mentioned this same tour/brewery to me yesterday and what a great time he and some friends had there. I think we'll have to head out there sometime and check it out.
