The only thing I can say is this...

Why do all the actual customers "paid actors" act like the old way is
soooooo difficult?

Oh, I just answered my own question. They are PAID!

There are too many examples, and I know you have all seen them. Feel
free to complain about your favorites.

One of my favorites is the battery operated solering iron. It opens
with "Do you have trouble reaching projects?" And the idoit is yanking
the cord. Here is an idea, move your project closer to your iron!
Sheesh, the fact that the stupid BATTERY powered unit cools immediately
should be enough!

Sheesh, that's my rant, don't even get me started on that damn "folding
closet hanger" or that stupid "vacuum bag" thing. There is a reason it
is sold on TV! Because it is crap!

Oh, by the way, I have been suckered once. NEVER AGAIN.
