How about an update?

Well I am still in India. Today we left the yard early. So now I am having a cold beer after a shower. The picture is my view from the front porch. If you look carefully you might see some buffalo.

Apparently we are having a cookout but dudes only because there aren't any women in our employ. Well there is one, but she isn't here now.

Anyways, it looks like the cook has made a nice spread.

Should be fun.

Was Just Thinking...

I just realized I haven't blogged in a while. I think it is because most people use facebook. Sometimes I think there are only a few of you who read this. Maybe I need to figure out something else to do with this site now.

We're Open

Well, I had some domain issues, and I had to resolve them from India, so I have been down for a few weeks.

But I am back in business!

Something I love about period movies.

When you see the fillings in someone's mouth in a movie about Romans.

Houston Auto Show

Went to this. Sucked. Like paying money to walk a car lot. Nothing to see but regular old cars. Stupid LA and Detroit get all the cool cars.

More Irony, and Your Tax Dollars at Work

I enjoy watching a show on Tru channel called "Principal's Office". It is a reality show about high school principals and their dealings with students.

There is one principal in Willis Texas who is the quintesential east texan. One scene in the show he is shown telling kids to get to class saying "Come on people, lets go...lets get learned up, lets get learned up". The very next scene (here comes the irony), he says to some students at a lunch table..."Now what am I gonna do when I hear bad language over here?"

HAHAHAHA. I love it. Tax dollars at work!
